Cancellation Policy
At Solíza Skin, each treatment is thoughtfully curated with intention, care, and your natural beauty in mind. To honor the time and energy invested in your experience, the following policies help keep our space grounded, respectful, and flowing with ease.

✨ Deposit Requirement
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:
• $25 for most facial and services
• $50 for advanced treatments, including hydrofacial experiences.
Your deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout.

🌿 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens—and we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice to preserve your deposit.
• Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and may require full payment to rebook in the future.
